This is a tough one. Most people don’t like to introspect because it might be scary or painful. I introspect all the time because I like to process the good things as well as the bad and think about how I dealt with them and whether or not I did the right things. We can learn from what we did right as well as what we did wrong (our mistakes). Since I was little, I had a diary and wrote often about what was going on in my life. Somehow, just writing out the way I felt about situations made me feel better. The way it looked in black and white was sometimes different than how I thought about it initially. The other benefit of writing it out was that I could go back years later and re-read it to think about whether or not I would deal with it the same way in the present time. Don’t just assume that you’ve always been right in the way you dealt with something because this will make you short sighted. We never stop growing and being introspective is a very healthy way to grow.
Do you realize how alike we are? That’s amazing!
Good day! I just would like to give an enormous thumbs up for the great data you could have here on this post. I shall be coming again to your blog for more soon.
This is the perfect site for everyone who hopes to understand this topic. You realize so much its almost tough to argue with you (not that I actually will need to…HaHa). You definitely put a fresh spin on a subject that has been written about for years. Great stuff, just wonderful!
Btw – Go to this website if you want to make extra money quickly. All the best, Chris Kottwitz
